Our everyday life is driven by the unconscious mind,
yet we attempt to manage it through rational faculties alone.
The aim of Psychosomatic Alchemy is realizing outer goals
through Shadow Integration, whose domain is the unconscious.

Shadow integration coaching

"Head Castle" by Yaroslav Gerzhedovich

"Head Castle" by Yaroslav Gerzhedovich

Imagine your mind is a castle!
Some rooms are clean and organized, with lots of natural light. Others, such as basement and attic, have little to no light; they are covered with dusty corners and chests full of old memories that, though forgotten, occupy space and create clutter.

Shadow integration coaching is like castle remodeling.

We replace the lightbulbs in all the dark rooms, install new windows, clean out the cobwebs, and investigate the contents in those old treasure chests. What no longer serves is discarded, and the rest is arranged on shelves. Other rooms are equally refreshed and redecorated, creating a more practical, user-friendly environment.

These rooms represent our conscious and unconscious minds. Light is the metaphor for awareness, darkness for ignorance. Chests are filled with unresolved childhood imprints still impacting our perception.

Through Shadow work we liberate much space in our mind-castle making all rooms accessible and optimized. New energy and natural light can flow all throughout, making our life and work flow too with greater ease.

The shadow is a moral problem that challenges the whole ego-personality, for no one can become conscious of the shadow without considerable moral effort. To become conscious of it involves recognizing the dark aspects of the personality as present and real. This act is the essential condition for any kind of self-knowledge.
